NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

PLEASE NOTE: ALL DEPOSITS ACROSS ALL SERVICES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
This applies to all bookings, including weddings, school formals, and general reservations, regardless of notice or circumstance. This clause overrides any other wording regarding deposit refunds throughout these terms and conditions.


General Reservations

All bookings must be prepaid in full. We do not accept cash payments at the point of hire. Cash payments will only be accepted as a direct deposit into our bank account and must clear our account 2 weeks before the booking date. Your booking is secure once we have received full payment.

Wedding & School Formal Reservations

We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable. Once we receive your deposit, your reservation is confirmed. The balance owing is payable 7 days before your booking date.

Cancellations

General Cancellations: All payments are forfeited on cancellation of major events with attendance over 1000 people. Cancellations under 2 weeks from the booking date are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion and subject to availability, we may allow the booking to be transferred to another date within 90 days. Cancellations on the booking day or under 48 hours prior forfeit 100% of monies paid, except in cases of medical emergencies.

Wedding & Formal Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date are not refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund of the deposit, and other amounts may be refunded at our discretion.

Booking Changes

Once booked, your price will not change unless you make changes to your booking details. We will try to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Drivers do not have authority to alter booking times, destinations, or routes. Same-day changes may incur extra fees.

Waiting Times & No Shows

Waiting longer than 15 minutes is not included unless specified. Excessive waiting will be charged at our standard rate. No-shows forfeit all payments.

Vehicle Damage & Behavior

The hirer is liable for all damage caused by passengers. Minimum cleaning/repair fee is $250. Unsafe, rude, or intoxicated behavior may result in immediate termination of the hire with no refund.

Safety Devices

Seat belts must be worn. Child restraints must be arranged beforehand. Penalties from non-compliance (e.g., seatbelt or child seat violations) will be tripled and passed to the booking party.

Security

We require credit card details to hold against additional fees (e.g., waiting, cancellation, no-show, or damage). You will be notified of pending charges.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, illness, weather, or mechanical issues. If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the closest alternative.

Liabilities & Insurance

Maximum liability is limited to the refund of monies paid for the specific booking. No liability for indirect loss. Insurance only covers passengers inside the vehicle while moving.

Vehicle Restrictions & Road Rules

Some areas may be inaccessible to our vehicles. The driver’s judgment is final in such cases. No refunds apply if travel is terminated due to road or access issues. Drivers strictly follow all road rules.

Food, Alcohol & Substances

No food, smoking, or illegal substances allowed. Drinks are only permitted in stretch limousines. No alcohol in corporate sedans. Alcohol consumption is the responsibility of the hirer and must be 18+. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of the hire fee.

Subcontractors

We may use other limousine services during peak times. These operators are governed by their own insurance and operational policies under our supervision.
